Our Filet is the most tender of our steaks. It also has less marbling than our ribeyes and strips which makes it a favorite of those that prefer a leaner cut. Surprisingly though, it has a rich beef flavor. The filet is also referred to as tenderloin or filet mignon. The eating experience is just incredible!
