Our Filet is the most tender of our steaks. It also has less marbling than our ribeyes and strips which makes it a favorite of those that prefer a leaner cut. Surprisingly though, it has a rich beef flavor. The filet is also referred to as tenderloin or filet mignon. The eating experience is just incredible! Wagyu Filet Mignon Steak, cut to 1 1/2" thickness. Available in Approximately 4 oz.  Some may be smaller we will combine to get to 4 oz on average.
